Hello Neighbors,
On behalf of the Board of Directors this is to inform you of the upcoming Annual Meeting and some other important information the Board wishes to pass along.
The virtual meeting has been postponed date and time to be announced. Like last year, Community Group set up the virtual meeting using Go to Meeting and provide the login instructions for the meeting.
There are five board members up for election this year. The Board and Community Group encourage all homeowners to login and vote on the new Board of Directors. If you are interested in a position on the Board, please submit your own nomination no later than Monday, April 4, 2022 Please submit the nominations to email@communitygroup.com.
The Board Members and I, along with the Committees, are excited and eager for the
arrival of warmer temperatures. As in the previous years, the association will be stepping up inspections of exterior maintenance violations. These inspections ensure that the appearance of our beautiful neighborhoods is maintained. I strongly encourage everyone to participate in the care and management of your home and neighborhood.
If your modification involves work on the exterior of our home, you are required to file an ARC Modification Form and submit all required supporting documentation as mandated in the Architectural Design Guidelines and Standards to the Cedar Run Architectural Review Committee.
Let’s all join together and work hard to keep Cedar Run a desirable and sought after neighborhood.
