About Cedar Run

Cedar Run is located in eastern Henrico County, it is close to the Richmond International Airport and conveniently accessible by interstate 64 and 295

The Cedar Run community is managed by Cedar Run Association, Inc., a homeowners association that incorporated in 2007. Cedar Run became homeowner-controlled in 2015. Recent sales activity shows that houses in Henrico sell in the $200k to $400k range.

Cedar Run residents recognize they live in a premier part of central Virginia and take pride in their community through an active homeowners association, a wide array of natural and man-made amenities, and special events throughout the year.  Reasonable HOA dues pay for upkeep of community common areas. Over 3 million square feet of shopping, restaurants, services, and offices are nearby at White Oak Shopping Center and the new Eastgate Town Center opening end of 2016.
